As of March 1st, 2015, Teradici’s complimentary support program will be delivered through the new PCoIP Community Forum. The forum is the new conduit for customers to ask their technical questions and gain answers from technical support experts and the PCoIP community. Teradici also offer an extensive online knowledge base and free downloads which are available to all customers through the Technical Support Site.
Listening to customers’ feedback, Teradici have made some exciting changes to their support offerings such as a new service to IT departments that need to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are in place. Teradici’s new PCoIP Technical Support Service is a comprehensive new offering that includes 24×7 support, defined service levels, priority access to Teradici’s technical support experts and an end-to-end approach to resolving issues.
